Femicide
Femicide is a social scourge that still afflicts our society, a sad reflection of persistent gender inequality and gender-based violence. It is a barbaric and unacceptable act that deprives women of their fundamental right to life and violates the very principle of equality and respect that should characterize a civilized society.
